Located in Devola just 4.5 miles from historic downtown Marietta, Ohio, Shawnee Condos provide private and convenient living close to walking and bike trails, a historic lock and dam, a large family park with pool and a local grocery store.

The community is comprised of eight buildings, each with three units of approximately 1,750 square feet with the same or mirrored floor plan. Each unit has a walled or fenced patio, one parking space undercover and one parking space in front. Some have fireplaces. Basements vary. Owners pay a monthly fee for maintenance to the grounds and building exteriors, plus water, sewer and trash service.

Owners elect a volunteer Board of Managers that oversee the maintenance of grounds and buildings, handle finances and ensure compliance with By-Laws, Rules & Regulations.

Residents can be as social or as private as they wish. Several residents and neighbors meet for dinner on Fridays and some travel together. The Association sponsors a picnic in late summer.

Units do come up for sale occasionally. Realtors and prospective buyers should request the Right of Refusal form, By-Laws and Rules & Regulations from the seller or the Board of Managers.
