Lawn mowing, trimming and treatments are in progress. The Board has been busy compiling lists of maintenance projects around the community and will begin to prioritize them at the April 17 meeting. Board members have been reaching out to prospective contractors for estimates on soffit repair and painting as well as power washing or other cleaning of sidewalks, patio walls, gutters and white siding in spots. This work and other projects that pop up will be spread out through the season, budget permitting.
